A significant part of my job at our law firm includes being a part of an employment team that is sensitive, fair, and responsible. Boehl Stopher & Graves is one of Paducah’s oldest law firms and employs fifteen people.
I had the privilege of meeting Eddie in 2002. I was immediately impressed with his legal intellect and abilities. So much so, that within two or three months of meeting him, I offered him a job which required him to move from Henderson to Paducah to join Boehl Stopher & Graves. In a relatively short amount of time, he proved just how valuable to our firm he was. He very quickly became part of our partnership and a critical part of the firm’s management team. He is responsible not only for litigating his claims, but also for running a business that has provided quality legal services to the citizens of Paducah since 1946. He assists in every aspect of hiring our staff, which we consider to be the best around. He helps manage that staff by developing policies and procedures to treat each employee fairly and with dignity. He is instrumental in our internal structure, being sure we have the facilities and the technology to serve our clients and our clients’ needs. I am proud to be his law partner.
The attributes that Eddie has in managing Boehl Stopher & Graves are the same attributes needed by a person elected to the position of County Commissioner for the McCracken County. Eddie will no doubt bring extensive talent and experience to the Commission and help our community grow and reach its full potential.
